07:52 AM EDT, 06/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Italian energy group Eni (E) expects to complete the sale of a minority stake in its biofuel unit Enilive by the end of 2024, Reuters reported Monday.

Chief Executive Claudio Descalzi said at a conference that the sale is "in progress, there are still issues that are being discussed... our goal is to close by the end of this year," according to the Reuters report.
