03:31 PM EDT, 09/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vista Equity Partners has engaged Evercore ( EVR ) to sell Finastra's treasury and capital markets business, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Vista is in the early stages of evaluating a sale for the business that could potentially be sold for at least $2 billion, however, the private equity firm has not made a final decision and can still choose against divesting, the people reportedly said.

Finastra's treasury and capital markets business makes about $200 million in annual earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, Bloomberg reported, citing the people.

Vista, Evercore ( EVR ) and Finastra did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
