Market Chatter: Evolent Health in Discussions Over Potential Sale

01:44 PM EDT, 08/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Evolent Health ( EVH ) is holding talks with private equity firms and other companies over a potential sale after receiving interest, Reuters reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

KKR (KKR), TPG (TPG) and CD&R have all expressed interest in purchasing the healthcare services provider, which has a market value of $3.3 billion, the people reportedly told Reuters.

Elevance Health ( ELV ) , a health insurer, is also among the bidders and could team up with a private equity firm in pursuit of Evolent, according to the news outlet, citing the people.

Evolent, KKR, TPG, CD&R and Elevance did not immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
