01:04 PM EDT, 10/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Exxon Mobil ( XOM ) has agreed to sell the majority of its assets in the Vaca Muerta shale patch in Argentina to Pluspetrol, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Exxon Mobil ( XOM ) and Pluspetrol did not immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
