Market Chatter: Exxon Mobil Lists Pioneer's Headquarters for Lease

11:07 AM EST, 02/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Exxon Mobil ( XOM ) has placed Pioneer Natural Resources' headquarters in Irving, Dallas, up for lease, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing a listing on LoopNet.

Exxon is moving Pioneer's employees to its Spring campus and other locations, according to the report.

The property, with an area of 1.1 million square feet, was completed in 2019 and leased to Pioneer for 20 years without any termination options, Bloomberg said, citing building owner PRP.

Exxon Mobil ( XOM ) and PRP did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
