10:51 AM EDT, 04/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. will waive a requirement in banks' "living wills" mandating they're built around a hypothetical failure scenario, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing prepared remarks by acting Chair Travis Hill for an American Bankers Association event.
The American Bankers Association, which represents banks of all sizes and charters, did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
