04:21 AM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ford Motor ( F ) is recalling 229,609 Bronco vehicles in the US due to failure in the instrument panel display, such as warning lights or the speed of the vehicle, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
The instrument panel's software will be updated through a dealer or by an over-the-air upgrade without any charges, the report said, citing the NHTSA.
The automaker is also recalling over 20,000 of its hybrid vehicles due to a production fault in its high-voltage battery cells, which may result in battery failure, the news outlet said.
