05:18 AM EDT, 03/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gap (GAP) intends to open 50 new stores in China this year, Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing Vincent Qiu, chief executive of Baozun ( BZUN ) , which operates the American brand in the Asian country.
The US clothing retailer will open the new stores across tier-one to tier-three cities in China and also intends to reopen stores in Hong Kong later in 2026, Qiu told Bloomberg.
Gap and Baozun ( BZUN ) didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
