09:45 AM EDT, 04/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- GE's (GE) roughly 60-acre Crotonville campus has been bought by an entity comprising real estate investors and family offices for $22 million, The Wall Street Journal reported Sunday, citing sources with knowledge of the details and the deed of the sale.
The campus, located outside New York City, will now serve as a conference center that outside groups can book, according to the report.
The decision to sell the management academy was reportedly part of GE's separation into three companies.
The company did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
