01:18 PM EDT, 10/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- General Motors ( GM ) is resuming production at two assembly plants that were temporarily shut down due to supply disruptions resulting from Hurricane Helene, Reuters reported Monday.
The company suspended operations on Thursday and Friday at its facilities in Flint, Michigan and Arlington, Texas. According to Reuters, the company has resumed the Flint operations and would resume production at the Texas plant later Monday.
General Motors ( GM ) did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
