09:36 AM EDT, 10/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Goldman Sachs Group ( GS ) is advising Vista Equity Partners on a plan to sell bonds backed by stakes in the investment firm's private capital funds, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing sources familiar with the matter.

The transaction, called a collateralized fund obligation, could reach around $1 billion, although the targeted amount to be raised has not yet been finalized, the sources said.

Goldman Sachs ( GS ) and Vista did not immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.

Goldman Sachs ( GS ) shares were down 2.1% in recent early trading.
