06:26 AM EST, 12/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Goldman Sachs ( GS ) led a $200 million funding round for AI software development startup Harness, valuing the company at $5.5 billion, Reuters reported Thursday, citing Harness.
The company was valued at $3.7 billion four years ago, the report said.
Harness Chief Executive Jyoti Bansal said while the company was not seeking to raise capital, it received "a lot" of investor interest. "So a lot of people were coming and reaching out to us, and that's what kind of created this financing," he was quoted as saying in an interview.
Goldman Sachs ( GS ) and Harness did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
