Market Chatter: Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Tapped for Klook IPO

06:33 AM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Goldman Sachs ( GS ) , Morgan Stanley ( MS ) , and JPMorgan ( JPM ) are among investment banks that have been retained by Klook for a potential initial public offering in the US, Reuters reported Sunday, citing two people with knowledge of the matter.

Klook, a Hong Kong-based travel booking services company, is looking to raise approximately $500 million through the offer, the report added.

Goldman Sachs ( GS ), Morgan Stanley ( MS ), JP Morgan, and Klook didn't immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
