Market Chatter: Goldman Sachs to Sell Significant Risk Transfer on $3 Billion Loan Portfolio

02:35 PM EDT, 09/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Goldman Sachs ( GS ) is selling a significant risk transfer related to a portfolio of nearly $3 billion of leveraged loans, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

The loans are linked to a pool of revolving credit facilities and term loans and the bank is still negotiating the terms of the deal with potential investors, the people were quoted as saying.

Goldman Sachs ( GS ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
