TAJGVK Hotels and Resorts on Monday said domestic rating agency ICRA has downgraded the credit ratings of its longterm loans and shortterm credit facilities on account of revenue and margin decline in the current fiscal due to the COVID19 pandemic. In a regulatory filing, the firm said has received a letter from ICRA informing it of the "downgrade in the credit rating of the company's longterm loans (aggregating to Rs 165.63 crore) to ICRA A from ICRA A and shortterm credit facilities (aggregating to Rs 30 crore) to ICRA A2+ from ICRA A1".

Adani Wilmar, which markets edible oils under Fortune brand, is entering into manufacturing of hand wash and sanitisers as part of its strategy to expand the portfolio under non-food category, its deputy CEO Angshu Mallick said. Adani Wilmar, which is a joint venture between business conglomerate Adani group and Singapore's Wilmar group, is already manufacturing and marketing soaps under the brand 'Alife'.
