Market Chatter: GXO Logistics Exploring Potential Sale

08:27 AM EDT, 10/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- GXO Logistics ( GXO ) is working with financial advisers to explore a potential sale, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

GXO started to review options after potential buyers expressed interest in the company, the report said, citing one of the people.

No final decision has been reached and the company could choose to stay independent, according to the report.

The company didn't immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.

GXO shares were up 10% in premarket activity Thursday.
