10:12 AM EDT, 07/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hewlett Packard Enterprise ( HPE ) is expected to receive unconditional European Union antitrust approval for its $14 billion acquisition of Juniper Networks ( JNPR ) , Reuters reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The European Commission is expected to make a decision by Aug. 1, while Britain's antitrust authority will decide by Aug. 14, the report said.

Hewlett Packard ( HPE ) and Juniper Networks ( JNPR ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
