04:01 PM EDT, 04/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Host Hotels & Resorts ( HST ) is purchasing the 1 Hotel Nashville and adjacent Embassy Suites from a group of investors, for over $500 million, Bloomberg News reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Sellers include Crescent Real Estate, High Street Real Estate Partners and an affiliate of investment firm Starwood Capital, according to the report.

Host Hotels, Starwood Capital, Crescent Real Estate and High Street Real Estate Partners did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
