03:58 PM EDT, 10/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Integral Ad Science ( IAS ) is evaluating a potential sale after the expression of an acquisition interest by a potential buyer, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Integral Ad is working with Jefferies Financial Group to explore options, though a deal isn't certain with discussions still preliminary stages, the report said.

Vista Equity Partners is the largest shareholder of Integral Ad, Bloomberg said.

Jefferies and Vista declined to comment, and Integral Ad couldn't be reached immediately, Bloomberg said.

Integral Ad, Jefferies and Vista didn't immediately respond to requests for comments from MT Newswires.

Integral Ad shares jumped 11% in recent trading Friday.
