Market Chatter: Intel Eyeing Sale of Mobileye Stake

05:04 AM EDT, 09/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Intel ( INTC ) is considering selling its 88% stake in automated driving systems provider Mobileye Global ( MBLY ) , Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

It is considering selling some or all of its stake via a public offering or a private sale, the report said.

Intel ( INTC ) sold part of its Mobileye stake last year for about $1.5 billion, Bloomberg reported.

Intel ( INTC ) and Mobileye did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
