02:28 PM EDT, 05/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Jefferies Financial ( JEF ) is hiring traders and sales executives to strengthen its emerging markets team, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

New hires include Rafael Madrid, who previously served at Morgan Stanley ( MS ) as co-head of emerging-market credit trading, and Citigroup ( C ) credit sales executive Anton Hobbs, the report said.

Jefferies also hired two additional sales executives, the report said.

Jefferies, Morgan Stanley ( MS ) and Citigroup ( C ) didn't immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
