10:36 AM EDT, 03/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- JPMorgan Chase's ( JPM ) asset management division appointed Jonathan Sherman as head of its US equities business, effective in September, Bloomberg reported.
Sherman will succeed Lee Spelman, who will become a global equities vice chair, the report said, citing an internal memo Tuesday.
Sherman, who has been in the asset management division's equities business for almost two decades, became global co-head of the US equity investment specialist team in 2016, according to the report.
The company didn't immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
