11:02 AM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) is in advanced discussions to take over Apple's ( AAPL ) credit card program, The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The talks accelerated in recent months with Apple ( AAPL ) telling JPMorgan ( JPM ) it is the company's preferred choice to replace Goldman Sachs ( GS ) as its card partner, the report said.

JPMorgan ( JPM ), Apple ( AAPL ) and Goldman Sachs ( GS ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
