07:18 AM EDT, 03/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) is mulling the appointment of new leaders to head its operations in China after Mark Leung resigned as the bank's chief executive in the country, Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing unnamed sources familiar with the matter.
Sources told Bloomberg that JPMorgan ( JPM ) is considering Alan Ho for its CEO post in China and Rita Chan as senior country officer, though final decisions are yet to be made. Bloomberg said the bank is also making executive changes in Asia Pacific, with Filippo Gori set to step down as the region's CEO to take a global role in London.
JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
