01:21 PM EDT, 09/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) has tapped Ryland McClendon to oversee the bank's entry-level program for new bankers, London's Financial Times reported Wednesday.
McClendon, who has been with the bank for nearly 14 years, will head JPMorgan's ( JPM ) junior banker program as the global investment banking associate and analyst leader, the report said.
The appointment comes following fresh calls for healthier working environment on Wall Street after the death of a junior banker at Bank of America (BAC) in May.
JPMorgan ( JPM ) did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
