Market Chatter: KKR in Talks to Acquire Encavis for $2.2 Billion

12:29 PM EST, 03/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) is in discussions to acquire German renewable energy producer Encavis in a deal valued at more than 2 billion euros ($2.2 billion), Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The talks are ongoing and an agreement is still uncertain, the people reportedly said.

A representative for KKR declined to comment, while Encavis couldn't immediately be reached, Bloomberg said.
