01:12 PM EDT, 07/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) is mulling a potential acquisition of GPI, an Italian health-care technology firm, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

GPI has a market value of 377 million euros ($438 million), the report said.

KKR did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
