07:03 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) has agreed to sell aerospace and defense components maker Novaria to Arcline Investment Management for $2.2 billion, Reuters reported Monday, citing KKR and Novaria.
KKR partner Joshua Weisenbeck said the sale comes against a supportive backdrop for deals activity in the aerospace and defense sector, as well as increased spending on national security.
According to Novaria Chief Executive Bryan Perkins, the deal represents the success of the company's partnership with KKR, Reuters reported.
KKR, Arcline and Novaria did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
