Market Chatter: Kohl's Seeks More Time to Settle Vendors' Invoices
Aug 26, 2025 3:06 PM

05:40 PM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kohl's (KSS) is seeking more time from some vendors to settle invoices as part of its payment strategy overhaul, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The decision is part of the retailer's efforts of a turnaround plan as the industry navigates tepid consumer spending and supply chain roadblocks due to tariffs, according to the report.

Kohl's did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
