Market Chatter: Korean Air in Discussions to Purchase at Least 10 Boeing 777X Jetliners

10:56 AM EDT, 04/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Boeing ( BA ) is discussing with Korean Air a potential order for at least 10 Boeing 777X jetliners, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing two unidentified people with knowledge of the matter.

Boeing ( BA ) declined to comment on any commercial discussions while referring queries about fleet planning to Korean Air, which did not have an immediate comment, Reuters reported.

A separate Reuters report said Japan Airlines will continue using both Airbus and Boeing ( BA ) aircraft, citing JAL President Mitsuko Tottori.

Boeing ( BA ), Airbus, Korean Air and Japan Airlines did not immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
