11:34 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lands' End ( LE ) has received takeover bids from WHP Global and Authentic Brands Global, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

No further details were disclosed.

Lands' End ( LE ) said in March that it was exploring strategic options, including a sale or merger. According to Reuters, the company is working with Perella Weinberg Partners on the review process.

Lands' End ( LE ), WHP Global, and Authentic Brands Global did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comments.

Shares of Lands' End ( LE ) were up more than 2% in recent Wednesday trading.
