07:54 AM EST, 01/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lazard ( LAZ ) has been retained by Canyon Bridge Capital Partners to oversee the sale of UK-based chip designer Imagination Technologies, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing sources familiar with the matter.

Canyon Bridge Capital acquired Imagination Technologies for 550 million pounds ($682.3 million) in 2017 but believes the company can achieve a higher valuation, Bloomberg reported.

Lazard ( LAZ ) has begun reaching out to potential buyers and has already received inquiries, according to the report.

Lazard ( LAZ ) did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
