07:34 AM EDT, 05/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Live Nation Entertainment ( LYV ) has agreed to lease a 5,300-seat concert venue as part of a $5 billion Atlanta redevelopment project, The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday, citing the developer.

The entertainment venue will lie in the same 50-acre Centennial Yards project as the Atlanta Hawks' basketball arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, where the city's pro football and soccer teams play, the report said.

The venue is set to open in 2027, the report said.

Live Nation Entertainment ( LYV ) did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
