02:39 PM EDT, 07/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Logitech International ( LOGI ) founder Daniel Borel wants to replace chair Wendy Becker and has proposed Guy Gecht as replacement, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing a letter sent by Borel to Logitech ( LOGI ).

Both Becker and CEO Hanneke Faber lack expertise in the technology industry, Borel was quoted as saying.

Borel is seeking a shareholder vote at Logitech's ( LOGI ) annual meeting in September.

Logitech ( LOGI ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
