04:33 AM EST, 12/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Marvell Technology ( MRVL ) is negotiating a cash-and-stock purchase of Celestial AI that could total over $5 billion, including earnouts, The Information reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Under a proposed agreement, Marvell ( MRVL ) would pay several billion dollars upfront for the company, the report said.

Marvell ( MRVL ) and Celestial AI did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.

Marvell ( MRVL ) shares were 1.5% higher in premarket trade Tuesday.
