11:28 AM EDT, 03/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- McDonald's (MCD) is revamping its operations and development staff as it looks to get new menu items and technology to restaurants faster, The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday, citing an interview with Chief Executive Chris Kempczinski.

Under the new structure Jill McDonald will become the chain's first chief restaurant experience officer on May 1, according to the report.
