Nov 12, 2024 7:12 AM

09:41 AM EST, 11/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- McDonald's (MCD) has issued its first Swiss franc bond since 2016, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, quoting unidentified sources familiar with the matter.

The company issued 550 million Swiss francs ($624 million) of bonds with four- and eight-year maturities, the report said, adding that McDonald's last bond sold in the currency was due last month.

Pricing on the two bonds was at the lower end of the ranges marketed during the initial price talks, Bloomberg reported.

McDonald's didn't immediately respond to a request for comment by MT Newswires.
