04:05 AM EDT, 07/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Meta Platforms ( META ) has recruited Apple ( AAPL ) AI experts Mark Lee and Tom Gunter to join its Superintelligence Labs, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter.

The report said Lee has already joined Meta, while Gunter is expected to start soon.

The two previously worked with Ruoming Pang, the former head of Apple's ( AAPL ) large language models team who also recently accepted a role at Meta, Bloomberg reported.

Apple ( AAPL ) and Meta did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
