10:14 AM EDT, 07/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Meta Platforms' ( META ) shareholders suing Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg and other company leaders have agreed to settle litigation over Facebook's alleged user privacy violations, ending an $8 billion trial, Reuters reported Thursday, citing a lawyer for the shareholders.
The lawyer informed a Delaware judge about the settlement agreement Thursday, Reuters reported.
Details of the settlement weren't disclosed.
