01:25 PM EDT, 10/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Metsera (MTSR) entered into exclusive talks with Bristol-Myers Squibb ( BMY ) prior to the deal it reached with Pfizer ( PFE ) in September and Thursday's bid by Novo Nordisk ( NVO ), The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Metsera and Bristol-Myers Squibb ( BMY ) did not immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
