01:07 PM EDT, 03/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Microsoft ( MSFT ) is overhauling its human-resources leadership, with several key roles shifting under Chief People Officer Amy Coleman, Business Insider reported Wednesday, citing an internal memo.

Engineering HR teams will be consolidated under Mel Simpson, while People Analytics will move into the Employee Experience organization led by Nathalie D'Hers, the report said. Mike Cyran will take over Total Rewards, and Leslie Lawson Sims will lead a newly formed People & Culture group, the report said.

Lindsay-Rae McIntyre, Microsoft's ( MSFT ) chief diversity officer, will leave the company at the end of March to become a chief people officer elsewhere, while several long-serving HR executives are retiring, the report said.
