11:49 AM EDT, 05/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Microsoft ( MSFT ) and the Communications Workers of America have agreed to a tentative union contract for about 300 quality assurance workers at the company's ZeniMax gaming unit, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing the union.

The agreement follows almost two years of talks and would be the first union contract at Microsoft ( MSFT ) in the US, according to the report.

Microsoft ( MSFT ) and the labor union didn't immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
