05:45 AM EDT, 03/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mondelez International ( MDLZ ) is selling a three-part Swiss franc bond across maturities in 2029, 2032 and 2036, tapping that market for the first time, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing a person familiar with the matter.

Goldman Sachs ( GS ) , Deutsche Bank ( DB ) , BNP Paribas, and Commerzbank are managing the offering, which is expected to price later in the day, according to the report.

Mondelez ( MDLZ ) plans to use the proceeds to repay debt and for general corporate purposes, Bloomberg reported.

Mondelez ( MDLZ ) and the banks didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
