08:09 AM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Netflix ( NFLX ) has begun using artificial intelligence video generation software from New York-based startup Runway AI in some of its content production, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing an unnamed source familiar with the matter.

Netflix's ( NFLX ) co-Chief Executive Ted Sarandos confirmed the company's use of AI in content production, without disclosing which company's software has been used, in a conference call Thursday following the company's second-quarter results, Bloomberg said.

Netflix ( NFLX ) didn't immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
