12:07 PM EDT, 04/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NV5 Global ( NVEE ) has received takeover interest from Acuren ( TIC ) in recent weeks, Bloomberg reported Saturday, citing people familiar with the matter.

It's unclear whether NV5 is currently open to a deal with Acuren ( TIC ), the people said, adding that other suitors could also emerge, according to the report.

NV5 and Acuren ( TIC ) didn't immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.

Shares of NV5 climbed nearly 9% and Acuren ( TIC ) rose 2.5% in recent Monday trading.
