06:42 AM EDT, 05/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia ( NVDA ) is in advanced talks to invest in quantum computing company PsiQuantum, The Information reported Sunday, citing an unnamed person involved in the talks.

PsiQuantum is in the process of raising $750 million at a $6 billion pre-money valuation in a funding round expected to be led by BlackRock, Reuters reported in late March.

The startup's existing investors include BlackRock, Microsoft's venture arm M12, Playground Global, and the Australian government.

If finalized, the deal would mark Nvidia's ( NVDA ) first investment in a company building a physical quantum computer.

Nvidia ( NVDA ) did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
