01:14 PM EST, 12/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia ( NVDA ) is on the brink of securing a lobbying win after US lawmakers excluded a rule that would limit the company's ability to sell their AI chips to China from must-pass defense legislation, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing a person familiar with the defense bill.

The defense legislation is set to be released on Friday, according to the report.

Nvidia ( NVDA ) didn't immediately reply to a request for comment.
