02:35 PM EDT, 08/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia's ( NVDA ) server production partner, Hon Hai Precision Industry, also known as Foxconn, will sell its Ohio electric vehicle facility to Crescent Dune for $375 million, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing regulatory filings.

Under the agreement, the Taiwan-based firm will sell its land and equipment but will continue to occupy and operate the US plant for its own AI server assembly activities, a person familiar with the matter told the news outlet.

Proceeds from the deal will be reinvested in the US, Hon Hai said, according to the report.

Hon Hai didn't immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
