07:24 AM EDT, 10/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia ( NVDA ) is planning to invest as much as $1 billion in artificial intelligence startup Poolside, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The deal would value Poolside at about $12 billion, the report said.

Nvidia's ( NVDA ) investment could start at $500 million and rise to $1 billion if the company meets its funding goals, according to the report.

Nvidia ( NVDA ) declined to comment when contacted by MT Newswires.
