The market for custom high-bandwidth memory, or HBM, is likely to grow to tens of billions of dollars by 2030, Choi Joon-yong, the head of HBM business planning at SK Hynix, told Reuters.
"AI demand from the end user is pretty much, very firm and strong," Choi reportedly said.
SK Hynix did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
